Your generally healthy eating and exercise routine is thrown off track by seemingly endless gatherings and perpetual gift baskets filled with sweet goodies.

Of course, you look forward to enjoying an adult beverage- or two, or more, no judgement here. Yet, you wish an alternative existed to the extra calories and sugar embedded in all of your favorite cocktail concoctions. Enter RSVP Skinnies.

Skinnies zero sugar, low calorie cocktail mixers make delicious, easy cocktails at home or on the go.

Skinnies are super easy to use to create delicious alcoholic or non-alcoholic libations.

Simply choose any flavor Skinnies- select from Baja Margarita, Maui Mai Tai, Lem’n Lime, Cranberry Twist, Moscow Mule, Mojito Twist or Paloma and add to:
1 shot of your preferred spirit such as vodka, tequila, run, whiskey or gin
4-6 ounces of water
Stir and add ice.

Blend your own sugar free frozen low calorie cocktails!

The combinations are limitless! Whip out your blender to create amazing frozen cocktails with frozen or fresh fruit! I’ve whipped up frozen strawberry, wild blueberry and mango margaritas. They are so easy and something you can quickly blend up to serve a crowd at a moment’s notice.

Serve fancy, colorful drinks to impress your guests by preparing interesting ice!

Think about theming your ice cubes to color match your cocktails. For Christmas, add fresh cranberries, pomegranates, or pieces of strawberries, kiwi or green grapes to your ice cube trays before filling them with water and freezing. They add beauty to your beverages, especially mocktails! For Hanukkah, try blueberries. This trick works all year round- celebrate the 4th of July, Memorial Day or Labor Day with red, white and blue fruits, even clementines or black grapes for Halloween. Dream up your best combos.

Ditch the sugar while dining out and traveling

Don’t forget to pack these babies in your travel purse. At any bar or restaurant, order your preferred shot of spirit with some water and stir in your own Skinnies packet. I’ve enjoyed them in airport lounges, bars, weddings and house parties. And bring extra for your friends because you know they expect you to share 😊

Here are my ideas for 4 fun, festive and shockingly sugar free cocktails to make at home all year round!

Low calorie alcoholic drinks are actually pretty easy to make with a few simple tricks. Note that vodka, tequila, run, whiskey and gin have essentially no carbs or sugar with approximately 100 calories for a 1 1/2 ounce shot. If using water or seltzer (plain or flavored) and a Skinnies packet, your drink will clock in around 100 calories. Take advantage of fruit slices for a pretty garnish or for a squeeze of flavor. Mix it up by using orange or lemon vodka or rum. Coconut or spiced rum adds an amazing tropical flavor.

Citrus Sour Splash
1½ ounces lemon or orange vodka
4-6 ounces lemon/lime seltzer
1 packet Skinnies Lem’n Lime Sour Mix
Ice
Lime wedge to garnish

Vodka Cranberry Twist
1 ½ ounces vodka
4-6 ounces water
1 packet Skinnies Cranberry Twist
Squirt of lime juice (optional)
Cranberry ice cubes
